This page contains detailed information on all data sent to and received from your phone. It is off by default and needs to be turned on in the View menu.
This will consume vast amounts of memory and slow your machine down, so only use it for low level debugging purposes.
Right clicking on the log text brings up an edit menu that allows you to copy information from the log page into other applications.
Use the menu option "View" -> "Clear Logs" to clear the log window.
